- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation Method
- Preheat the grill to medium heat, around 300°F (150°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic together. Stir well and set aside while you prepare the veal chops.
- Rub the veal chops with oil and season both sides generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
